Limited Warranty  and Return Policy

This warranty is provided by GiftalaCarte.com exclusively to the original owner of Skitter™.  The warranty period is 30 days from the day of purchase against any defects in material and workmanship.  GiftalaCarte.com will repair and replace defective parts free of charge (excluding shipping and handling where applicable) within this warranty period.  This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, abuse, neglect, normal wear, or improper assembly or maintenance.

Defective units may be returned for repair at our booth at the Orange County Market Place, or sent back to our warehouse.
